Order Online Securely
Browse our range, add your chosen items to your basket and proceed through our secure checkout when you are ready to buy.
Our online payments are securely processed through Shopify Payments, Shopify’s integrated payment system. Shopify Payments helps provide a smooth and secure checkout experience, with encrypted payment processing, fraud analysis and card authentication checks where required.
We accept major debit and credit cards, including:

- Mastercard
- American Express
Depending on your device, browser and payment setup, you may also be able to pay using secure digital wallet and accelerated checkout options such as Shop Pay, Apple Pay or Google Pay.

Secure Payments with Shopify Payments
Your payment security is important to us. Shopify Payments is designed to process online payments securely and help protect transactions against fraud.
When you pay by card online, your card provider may request additional security checks. This could include confirming your payment through your banking app, entering a one-time passcode or completing another identity check. These checks help protect you against unauthorised card use.
Digital wallet options such as Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay can also make checkout faster and easier by allowing you to complete payment using saved details and secure device authentication where available.

Alternatively, you can place an order by speaking to our team directly. Please call the shop on 01202 301000 and we will be happy to help with your purchase.
For your security, please do not send payment card details by email or through social media messages.
Special Orders
Some special orders, such as pre-booking surfboards that are not yet in stock, are arranged by phone so that we can discuss your requirements and help ensure you order the correct product.
Before placing a special order, we will ask you to confirm that you are happy with the product details, specification and any relevant options.
All special orders require a £100 deposit at the time the order is placed. Special orders are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged unless we are unable to fulfil the order as agreed or the item is faulty, in accordance with your statutory rights.
