What payment methods do you accept?

You can pay with your credit or debit card, it's secure, quick, and easy to use.

We accept most major card types, including Master Card, Visa, American Express. We also happily accept PayPal, Apple Pay & Google Pay.

What is your return policy?

The Wetsuit Centre has a 30 days return policy on all items purchased on our website from the date of the order.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, you can change or cancel your order before dispatch by either email or by telephone contact. If your order has already been dispatched then you will need to return it before a refund can be issued.

Do you have a shop?

Yes, our store stocks one of the largest selections of wetsuits, accessories and watersport gear in the UK and Europe. We are located on the south coast of the UK, near Bournemouth.

How do I check my wetsuit fits properly?

A new wetsuit can often feel a bit strange the first time you put it on, so we've put together a handy post puchase checklist here to help ensure you have the right fit.

Do you offer warranty?

All wetsuits we sell have a 1 year warranty and all wetsuits accessories have a 3 month warranty from the date the item was purchased.

Shipping

Do you ship internationally?

For Europe and international delivery, costs and delivery schedules are calculated at checkout. We sell international orders as DDP (delivery duty paid), which means the price you pay at checkout is the final price to your door, including import duties and taxes, with no hidden fees due to import duty, tax, advance handling fees or courier charges.

How do I track my order?

You will be sent all the relevant tracking information upon dispatch of your purchase.

Can I collect my order?

Yes, pick up is available on items we have in stock at our central warehouse. Information is displayed on the product page. Select pick up at checkout if available for your selected items.

What is the cut off time on orders for next day delivery?

Please ensure you have placed your order by 3pm (UK time) for next day delivery on eligible products.*
* Excludes surfboards & some bulky items

Why do some products take longer to deliver?

We will offer the fastest delivery options available at checkout for the products in your cart.

However not all available products come from the same central warehouse location. As we cannot fulfill orders from some locations, products held there must first be transferred to our central warehouse for dispatch, which can mean longer delivery for those items (4-6 working days).
