Does it come with a warranty?

All wetsuits we sell have a 1 year warranty and all wetsuits accessories have a 3 month warranty from when the item was purchased. Visit our warranty information page for more details.

What happens if I don't like it?

We offer a 30 Day returns policy on all unused products in original condition, including all tags and packaging. For full details see our Returns Policy.

How fast is shipping?

We offer 24hr tracked delivery on all our core products. Surfboard delivery is 2 Days.

Some products may be shipped from one of our other locations, depending on our main warehouse stock levels. In this case we may be unable to offer 24hr delivery. Please check the delivery information on the product page and at checkout.

Good key vault, seems strong and secure. One fault in the design that worried me is the code reset switch which is inside the vault and is quite sensitive to being knocked- i was worried about the key inside pressing/touching the button when in use and then locking key inside. I did a slight modification to ensure the reset swicth could not be moved (by making a wedge that stops the switch moving) and now im happy i wont get stuck on the beach!
Maybe a design flaw or maybe im too worried about it.
